How to cancel my hosting account?

In order to cancel a hosting account it is necessary to submit a ticket to our Hosting Billing team at our helpdesk

Please provide your hosting account information (full name, local address, phone number, email address you signed up with, domain name, Modohosting account username, cPanel username, order/invoice/transaction ID) along with your cancellation request. This information is required to verify the ownership of the account and our Billing Team might ask for any additional details.

Please note: Your account is terminated only when you received an email from us that confirms cancellation.
